ALPINE ASPEN FESTIVAL
Cancellation & Refund Policy (updated July 14, 2017):
Changing weather is a fact of life in the Sierra Nevada. Most of the scheduled activities will proceed in the event of light rain or snow, so be prepared. If circumstances (deep snow, for example) make a particular activity unsafe or impractical, we will cancel particular events and hope for more favorable weather next year. The other festivities, like music and speakers, will proceed under the main festival tent. On your registration, please ensure that you have provided current contact information so that we may advise you of weather cancellations.
If we cancel an activity due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you may request a full refund or ask for a letter confirming your donation to Alpine Watershed group by submitting a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than November 9, 2017.
If you cancel a reservation, the following refund policy applies. Because space is limited on many festival activities, we require advance notice for all cancellations. Refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee. Refunds will be paid by check and may take up to 4 weeks to process. Ask us about credit for the 2018 Alpine Aspen Festival, or a different 2017 Festival activity.
Refund requests should be submitted via email to email@example.com and must meet the following deadlines:
September 24, 2017 midnight PDT- deadline for full refund subject to processing fee
October 1, 2017 midnight PDT- deadline for 50% refund subject to processing fee
after October 1, 2017 – no refunds, but ask about credit for a different festival activity
or 2018 Alpine Aspen Festival
